Why Should You Read This Book?

After mentoring numerous women over the past twenty years, I noticed that the discussions seemed to take a similar pattern. I felt a bit like a broken record, only slightly revamping and redesigning the message that would enable women like you and me to advance unfettered to the top of any organization, even one that is male-dominant at the top. The women wanted to ensure that they would always have a job, be able to increase their pay, and be promoted. Regardless of gender, companies cannot ignore obvious success.
